We welcome everyone who has been a part of the Greek Orthodox church, and Greek related membership organizations including AHEPA, Pan-Icarian Brotherhood of America, Pan-Cretans, Pan-Arcadians, Marmarinon Benevolent Society of Afthoni, and the Semendre Benevolent Society.

How to order a Greek Obituary.

  1. Obituaries can have up to fifteen (15) photo(s). Obituaries can have several pages of obituary text. If it goes beyond several pages, we can post an external document and link to it. See an example at the bottom of this obituary. If you have a memorial program in Adobe PDF or Word format, we can post it and link to it in the obituary.

  2. A helpful obituary checklist is online here greekobituary.net/obituary-check-list. Obituary text should be sent either by standard email, or as a Word or WordPerfect attachment. Please do not send the obituary in Adobe PDF, because then it will need to be retyped. We will contact you to retype it.

  3. Photos should be in color if they were taken in color, and in the largest size possible. We can crop or edit photos if requested at no additional charge. Photos should be sent as JPG attachments. Additional photos up to fifteen (15) total will be included in the photo gallery.

  4. Please email the obituary text, up to fifteen (15) photo(s), any additional information, and the desired notification list(s) to greekobituary@gmail.com. Do not text or use any third-party messaging apps to send information.

  5. Please order your obituary at www.greekobituary.net/shop.

We will do our best to make changes if you have updates after the obituary is posted, but after two (2) updates there will be a $50 charge per update. Typos or errors on our part are always corrected at no charge.
